Friendly staff, location close to Centro Citibanamex, Good and cheap local restaurant one is block away. Gym upstairs, breakfast is great. All traveler basics needed are in the room.

Large room. Very clean. Nespresso in the room. Natural light (my room likes to Blas Pascal street). Bathroom with everything you need. Very good hairdryer.

Customer Service was excellent ; the staff very helpful. I requested assistance with Taxi Services; the staff ensured that the taxi was at the hotel right on time. Very cordial staff. I would definitely recommend Alteza Polanco Hotel to all my friends.
